I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. Additionally, the prices for the food on the second floor were very reasonable, and the quality of the meals exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the location of the hotel in the old district allowed me to experience the local atmosphere, with nearby parks, local restaurants, and shopping options. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Was a unique base for trip. The room is reasonably priced. Macau Centre is a district that deserves exploring.

Macau Centre neighbourhood definitely deserves your time and attention. Just 15 minutes walk to Camoes Grotto, also very close to many other tourist areas. Honestly nothing bothered me...

During Easter, my family and I had a great stay at a hotel in Macau. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean sheets. We were provided with ample amenities such as a refrigerator, LCD television, and an electric kettle. The hotel also offered complimentary drinking water and toiletries. One of the best aspects was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near a park, where we could witness the locals playing board games. Additionally, there were good bakery stores and currency exchange traders nearby. We also enjoyed the local experience by exploring the inexpensive shops and cafes in the vicinity.
Although our overall stay was pleasant, there were a couple of downsides. Firstly, the hotel lacked a room safe, which was inconvenient for storing valuables. Secondly, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and difficult to connect to. This made it challenging to stay connected and browse the internet. Despite these drawbacks, we still managed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel during the busy Easter period.

Good Food and Comfortable Bed Nice View and Quiet Surroundings
During our romantic escape, we found the food in the hotel to be good. We enjoyed the local and international flavors, and the variety of options available. Additionally, the bed in our room was comfortable and we slept well each night.
The staff was not friendly or helpful, and seemed to be inconvenienced by any requests we had. Additionally, the decor in the hotel was outdated and in need of renovation.

The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city center. It is also opposite a lovely park, offering a serene environment for relaxation. Additionally, it is just a short walk to the nearest major area, where you can easily catch a cab or access free shuttle buses to popular tourist attractions.
The language barrier may pose some difficulties for non-Cantonese speakers.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were generally helpful.
The walls of the rooms are rather thin and consequently it's very easy to hear your neighbours having conversations. Also the fire alarm going off at 6am and the lack of communication from staff about what was going on wasn't helpful.

The location is quite good, 10 minutes away from the custom gateway. There is a bus station cross the road.
The reception's attitude is quite bad, not friendly at all. I asked two different people about whether is a bus to the ferry station, both of them told me no. They suggest me either take a taxi or need to change bus. But actually there is a direct bus to the ferry. When I asked them to call for a taxi for me, they just told me to find one by myself at the road side.

Good enough for value of money. I like the design of the hotel and the room that we had. The room was small and some corners have aged but not noticeable and still the design is with taste. Our room has a modest flat tv. It is walking distance to the Border Gate and also, near bus stops. For food, it's walking distance to Mc Donalds, a Comebuy food stall and an authentic macau chinese cafe, Ichiban (Japanese name but chinese food) which has great food (noodles and french toast!) in non- tourist prices and english menu. Good to stay if you're in a budget and love to explore.
The hotel is situated beside a pedestrian overpass, so the corner of the hotel is a bit covered. Kinda spoils the victorian facade of the hotel. The view from our 5th floor room is apartment buildings with their clothes hanging out. We just leave the curtains closed.
